Best 1v1 hero?

Just wondering what peoples favorite 1v1 heroes are. I know "its a game of teamwork" and "1v1 doesn't mean shit", but just wanted to see.

Mine are:

Bane elemental
Chaos Knight
Razor
Barathrum
Doom
Brewmaster
ES

That said, my favorite hero to encounter someone alone with is probably Queen of Pain. There's nothing more satisfying than blinking around someone that thinks they can kill you easily until they realize they're not going to win, at which point they get hit by a shadow strike and get chased until they're dead.

If you couldn't tell, I enjoy fucking with peoples' minds.

What's a good counter for pugna? My bro has a bud who keeps crying about how pugna is so OP, and I want to kick his ass.
